We’re a family owned mobile pizza catering company based on the North Shore of Boston, known for our wood-fired flavor made possible by natural French baking stone, sourced from a region renowned for producing the finest pizza stone in the world. Whether it’s a wedding, backyard celebration, or corporate event, our mission is simple: share our passion for authentic artisan pizza and create a fun, one of a kind catering experience.
Our showpiece is a stunning copper dome oven, mounted on a trailer that captures the charm of a horse-drawn carriage. Fully wood-fired and preheated to over 800°F, this oven bakes pizzas to perfection in just two minutes. The trailer is a fully self-contained kitchen on wheels, equipped with a handwashing sink, compartments stocked with aged hardwood, and all the tools needed for seamless service. Our oven rotates 360 degrees, allowing us to cook efficiently and serve guests from any direction.
All toppings and ingredients are prepped in advance, so when we arrive, we’re ready to go. From the moment we light the fire to the last slice served, your guests get a front row seat to the magic tossing dough, sliding pizzas into the flames, and watching that Copperdome Crust pizza come to life.
Copperdome Crust was founded by Maria and her son James in 2014, rooted in family values, community spirit, and a love for authentic wood-fired pizza. From the beginning, the focus has been on bringing people together through great food and a memorable on-site experience. Michael, who has been part of Copperdome’s journey since the beginning, now plays an active role in leading operations, help grow the business, and working to elevate the overall catering experience.
