FAQs

What type of events do you cater?

We cater a wide range of events including weddings, private parties, corporate events, graduations, and community gatherings. Our setup is fully mobile and designed to provide a seamless on-site wood-fired pizza experience.

What is included with your catering service?

Our service includes pizzas assembled and cooked on-site, a pizza menu based on your selected package, your choice of salad, full setup and breakdown, paper plates, plasticware, napkins, condiments, and all equipment needed to operate on-site. We also box fresh pizzas at the end of service for guests to enjoy afterwards.

What if my guest count changes?

Guest count and pizza selections can be adjusted up to two weeks prior to the event. While changes are allowed until that point, we recommend finalizing details earliest as possible. You can refer to our instant quote calculator at any time for a general idea, and we’ll confirm final pricing once details are finalized.

Do you charge for children?

Children under the age of 5 are not counted as guests. Children ages 5 and up are included in the guest count.

How many pizzas can you make per hour?

Our wood-fired oven cooks pizzas in approximately two minutes each and can accommodate up to three 18" pizzas at a time. With our team working continuously, we produce between 20 to 50 pizzas per hour, allowing us to maintain steady service and keep guests well fed throughout the event.

Do you use ingredients provided by clients?

For food safety and liability reasons, we are unable to prepare or cook with ingredients provided by clients. All food served at your event is sourced, handled, and prepared by our certified team to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Can guests create their own pizzas?

Guests are welcome to customize their own pizzas using the ingredients we provide at the event. For liability and food safety reasons, outside ingredients cannot be used.

Do you accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions?

We are happy to accommodate dietary preferences when possible, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free friendly options. While we take care during preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment due to the presence of flour. We do not use any peanuts, soy, or shellfish in of our ingredients. A list of our ingredients containing common allergens is available below.

Caesar Dressing: Eggs, Fish (anchovies)

Pesto Sauce: Tree Nut (pine nuts)

Hazelnut Spread: Tree Nut (hazelnuts)

Meatballs: Eggs

Ranch: Eggs

Aioli (Honey MustardAvocado, Thousand Island): Eggs, Avocado

Do you offer other food?

We offer an optional Fried Favorites add-on for private events. This includes Chicken Tenders and French Fries, cooked on-site in beef tallow. This add-on has a $250 minimum, which covers 50 guests. Additional guests are $5 per person.

How does payment work?

An invoice will be sent prior to the event, and a printed copy will also be provided on-site for signature and payment, which may be handed directly to Maria or Michael. Payment is accepted upon arrival, though it is not due until service has been completed. We accept cash, check, and major debit or credit cards. Debit and credit card payments include a 4% processing fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date. Late cancellations may also affect eligibility for future bookings. We understand that plans can change and will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible, based on availability.

What is your minimum guest count?

Our standard minimum package is designed to serve at least 40 guests. Smaller events may still be accommodated at the minimum package rate.

How much space do you need for setup?

We require a reasonably flat, accessible area to accommodate our trailer-mounted oven and a 10' × 10' tent for safe operation. The oven is approximately 7 feet wide, and a minimum of 10 feet of driveway clearance is needed to safely position it with our truck. If you’re unsure about your space, we’re happy to review details in advance via email.

Do you need access to electricity?

We are fully self-contained and do not require access to on-site electricity. Our setup operates using our own generator, allowing us to serve events in a wide range of locations. Although, if access to electricity is available, we are happy to use it.
